Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term real estate development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify and secure land acquisition opportunities across Dubai and key UAE emirates.
- Lead feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis for new projects.
- Oversee project design development in coordination with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage project budgets, funding structures, and cost controls.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with UAE laws and building regulations.
- Direct procurement strategies and contractor negotiations.
- Monitor construction progress, risk management, and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align development concepts with buyer demand and pricing strategies.
- Present investment proposals and performance updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development within the UAE or GCC region.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations and approval processes (e.g., experience working with authorities such as Dubai Land Department and RERA).
- Advanced financial modeling and project feasibility expertise.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
