Real Estate HR Manager

The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing all HR functions specific to the real estate sector. This position will focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the off-plan real estate market. Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

- Employee Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees. Address and resolve employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and implement engagement initiatives.

- Performance Management: Establish and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with company goals. Facilitate feedback sessions and support managers in employee development plans.

- Training & Development: Identify training needs specific to the off-plan sector and coordinate training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge of the real estate market.

- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures and benefits packages tailored to attract and retain talent in the competitive off-plan market. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices and legal requirements. Keep the team informed and compliant with company policies.

- Market Research & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and trends in the real estate sector to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare reports for management on HR initiatives and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.

- 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry, with a focus on off-plan properties and secondary properties

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
