Role Overview:

The Head of Investment is responsible for securing and managing investment funds from various sources, including banks, institutions, angel investors, grants, and high-net-worth individuals.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and relationship building to attract and maintain significant funding for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and risk tolerance.

· Fund Raising: Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including banks, Financial and non – Financial institutions, angel investors, grant providers, and high-net-worth individuals.

· Pitch Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling investment pitches to potential investors, highlighting the organization's value proposition, financial projections, and risk management strategies.

· Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investors to assess their financial stability, investment criteria, and alignment with the organization's mission.

· Investment Negotiations: Negotiate favorable investment terms and conditions with investors, ensuring that the organization's interests are protected.

· Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on the organization's progress and addressing their concerns.

· Financial Analysis: Analyze investment performance and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant investment regulations and reporting requirements.

· Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in investment management or a similar role.

· Proven track record of successfully raising significant capital from various sources.

· Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management principles.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience leading and managing investment teams.

Desired Skills:

· Knowledge of venture capital, private equity, or other alternative investment strategies.

· Experience in grant writing and fundraising.

· Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.

· Candidates must be fluent in English and Urdu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
