We’re looking for a sharp Associate / Senior Associate – Real Estate to join our growing team in Bangalore .

If you come from a reputed law firm and have hands-on experience in real estate transactions, this could be your next big move.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Handle property due diligence & title reviews

✔️ Draft and negotiate sale deeds, leases, JDAs & development agreements

✔️ Advise on RERA, stamp duty, registration & land laws

✔️ Work on high-value commercial and residential transactions

We’re looking for:

✨ 6–9 years PQE in Real Estate / Property Law

✨ Law firm background (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred)

✨ Strong drafting & negotiation skills

✨ Karnataka real estate experience is a plus
