Real Estate Listing Agent

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Listing Agent to represent homeowners in marketing, pricing, and selling their properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in client relations, and experienced in the real estate sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to establish accurate and attractive listing prices.
• Build strong relationships with property owners to list their properties for sale or rent.
• Advise the owners of the fair market price and value.
• Obtain all required permits for marketing purposes in compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations.
• Regularly update sales team with new listing.
• Advise clients on preparing homes for sale, including staging recommendations and minor repair guidance.
• Create compelling marketing materials and list properties on the MLS and additional platforms.
• Organize and conduct showings, private tours, and open houses to attract qualified buyers.
• Present and negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve the best possible terms.
• Manage all transaction documentation and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the selling process.
• Leverage CRM systems to manage leads, track activities, and maintain client records effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Listing Agent, Seller’s Agent, or similar real estate sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM systems is required.
• Active real estate license.
