Responsibilities:

• Secure and manage property listings through lead generation and client referrals
• Conduct market research to determine competitive listing prices
• Advise sellers on staging, pricing, and marketing strategies
• List properties on MLS and digital platforms with high-quality marketing materials
• Host showings, open houses, and negotiations to attract buyers
• Guide clients through the selling process from listing to closing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (preferably in listings)
• Knowledge on how to post listings through Madhmoun
• Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
• Arabic and English language preferable
