Real Estate Listing Agent

*Job brief:

We are seeking a qualified Listing Agent to serve as a mediator between sellers and buyers. Carry out all necessary actions to list a property and secure it under agreement, including creating listing documents and pre-listing presentations, arranging showings, and organizing open houses. Acts as the main contact in working with sellers to organize staging, property photography, repairs, home enhancements, lockbox access, and various marketing tasks needed for displaying the properties. *Job responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Follow all tasks provided by line manager

*Requirements and skills:

• A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
• At least 2 years' experience in the same field especially in Abu Dhabi Market.
• Excellent Command on English/Arabic and MS Office Expert
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Appealing appearance and presentable personality (Required)
