Real Estate Manager

• Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee property leasing, renewals, rent collections, and tenant relations.
• Manage property acquisitions, sales, and lease negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and assess property values.
• Ensure properties comply with zoning laws, safety standards, and other regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including operating expenses and capital improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor real estate market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, agreements, and financials.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, brokers, and stakeholders.

Pay: AED100.00 - AED500.00 per month
