Real Estate Marketing Staff

JOB OVERVIEW: We are looking for a confident individual for the Sales/Marketing Executive position with professionally excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills and generate new business by using various customer sales methods, visit the market for the achievement of sales target, develop good relationships with customers, well familiar with the local market. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Undertaking all customer support tasks in internal and external facilities. · Follow up on existing clients in Field and attract new clients. · Setting up meetings with potential clients and developing buyers by maintaining relationships with new customers. · Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling/warm leads and social networking. · Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. · Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. · Develop, sustain and build upon solid working relationships with customers, dealers, and Business Area. · To achieve or exceed Sales Volume, Market share, and recording progress toward sales targets. · Adhere to the company’s given rules and regulations. · Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations. · Provide advice and counsel clients (existing and new) on market conditions, prices. · Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties. · Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc. · Arrange group visits to properties to potential buyers existing clients on the development made on site. · Present pre-approved purchase offers to sellers. · Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met. · Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses. · Strong knowledge of company’ product. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: · 1-2 years of proven hardcore indoor and outdoor sales experience in Real Estate company is required. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · This is a face-to-face interaction role, so we’re looking for confident individuals with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. · Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
