Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and persuasive Real Estate Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently and professionally. You will act as a key liaison between buyers, sellers, and developers, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate property sales and leasing agreements on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment potential
  • Conduct property viewings and manage client communications throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate seamless transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property listings, and regulatory changes
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients through networking and lead generation
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts comply with UAE property laws

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or negotiation
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage
  • Professional appearance and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • UAE driving license preferred
