Real Estate Operations Manager

Organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in office management, bookkeeping, payroll, and contract coordination. Ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong internal and external relationships. Contribute and partner with Owner/Broker and Managing Broker to continue building this growing team.

Manage real estate contract processes from beginning to end using App files, Quicken, ACH, and payroll. Produce monthly sales reports, top producer rankings and statistics for agent recognition.

Oversee general operation of the company, onboard new agents and work with other colleagues to schedule company and city events, speakers at sales meetings and whatever it takes for a no drama, team like atmosphere.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $67,495.85 per year
