Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Portal Specialist to manage and maintain property listings across multiple real estate portals. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling online property platforms to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, update, and manage property listings on real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company branding standards
• Monitor listing performance and visibility
• Coordinate with agents to collect correct property details, photos, and prices
• Remove expired or sold listings promptly
• Handle portal accounts, subscriptions, and compliance requirements
• Maintain organized records of all active and inactive listings
