Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Professional Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, advising clients, and closing sales and leasing deals. This role demands strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on pricing and market conditions
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and property owners
• Negotiate contracts and manage the transaction process from inquiry to closing
• Stay informed about real estate trends, legal regulations, and new developments in Abu Dhabi
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing efforts and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
• Valid UAE real estate license or RERA certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
