Real Estate - Sales Administrator

Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal departments. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a solid understanding of real estate sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Assist the Sales Team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales documents including offers, reservation forms, and sales contracts.
  • Schedule and coordinate client site visits, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain and update sales tracking systems and CRM platforms.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Ensure all sales-related documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Track inventory, unit availability, and pricing updates in coordination with the Sales and Marketing team.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for client queries related to documentation, payments, and handovers.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their purchase.
  • Support the post-sales process including handovers and customer satisfaction follow-ups.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate the sales process.
  • Support the preparation of marketing and sales presentations and materials.
  • Assist in organizing promotional and client engagement events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales documentation and processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
