As a Real Estate Sales Advisor, you will act as the bridge between property owners and prospective buyers/tenants. You will manage a portfolio of properties, identify market opportunities, and guide clients through the entire transaction process.
This is a Commission-Based role, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to hustle in a competitive market.
Client Acquisition: Actively network and prospect to generate new leads and build a robust client database.
Property Management: List and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate details on portals.
Consultation: Conduct market analysis and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of our listed properties.
Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best price and terms for all parties.
Closing: Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with UAE real estate laws (RERA/Abu Dhabi Municipality).
Customer Service: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a distinct advantage).
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and own car are highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM software and listing portals effectively.
Presentation: Professional appearance and attitude.
Proven track record of successful sales or leasing in the UAE real estate market.
Existing network of clients or investors.
Deep knowledge of specific communities (e.g., Yas Island, Saadiyat, Reem Island, Dubai Marina).
A strong passion for sales and a willingness to learn.
Resilience, persistence, and a "never give up" attitude.
Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
