- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential buyers and investors through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
- Property Presentations: Conduct professional site visits and walkthroughs, highlighting the unique value propositions of premium projects.
- Sales Closures: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final documentation and closing.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in Lahore and Islamabad.
- Education: Minimum Graduation (BBA, MBA, or related field preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: High level of self-confidence, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Compensation: Gross Salary and Commissions on successful sales.
