Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. This role involves managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and price negotiations
• Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
• Promote property listings through advertising, open houses, and digital platforms
• Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications
• Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to close deals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
