Real Estate Sales Agent

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and property viewings.

Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process with professionalism and transparency.

Conduct property tours and open houses for potential clients.

Prepare and manage sales agreements, leasing contracts, and related documentation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, property laws, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with property developers, landlords, and other agents to ensure successful transactions.

Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and properties through CRM systems and regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.

Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred in the UAE market).

Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Compensation:

Basic salary + Commission
