Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are a growing real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, looking to expand our team with experienced, licensed Real Estate Agents who are self-sponsored (own visa). If you're driven, knowledgeable about the Abu Dhabi market, and looking to work on a high commission basis, this is your chance to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, list, and sell properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Maintain a consistent pipeline through referrals ,self-generated and company's leads

Requirements:

• Own visa (freelance, partner, or spouse-sponsored only)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
