Real Estate Sales Agent

Qualifications:

• ADM and RERA Certification: Must be registered with the state’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to handle real estate transactions.
• Broker License: A valid Broker License.
• Proven track record in real estate sales or brokerage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai property market, trends, and regulations.
• Arrange the visit to the vacant units with the tenant.
• Having a valid driving license is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate property transactions for buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals between buyers and sellers.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and local real estate laws.
