Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for property sales, client handling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for property sales and rentals
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of UAE property market
• RERA certification (preferred)
• English required, Arabic is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Commission-based / Basic + commission
