We are seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agents to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and developer launches
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio
• Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
