Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Dubai. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, conducting property viewings, and managing real estate transactions. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while offering market insights. The role also includes following up on leads and negotiating property deals in alignment with the company's standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sales, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, specifically in Dubai and UAE, including familiarity with off-plan properties.
• Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• A valid UAE real estate license is required or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred, minimum 1-2 Years.
