Role Overview

We are seeking a polished and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with a focus on luxury properties. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the nuances of high-net-worth clientele, have a refined approach to sales, and excel in managing premium property transactions. You will represent some of Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive residences and developments, offering tailored guidance and elite service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct private viewings and deliver bespoke consultations to discerning clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investors
  • Provide strategic advice on property acquisition, investment, and market timing
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with professionalism and discretion
  • Stay informed on market trends, luxury developments, and regulatory updates
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
  • Consistently exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury or prime real estate sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
  • Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE luxury property market
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, French, German) are a strong asset
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor, client-focused approach, and high ethical standards
