Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property showings, site visits, and open houses
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Prepare and manage property listings and documentation
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and internal teams to complete transactions
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
