Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Conduct property showings, site visits, and open houses
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Prepare and manage property listings and documentation
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and internal teams to complete transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
