Real Estate Sales Champion – Hindi Speaker Preferred

At VAU Real Estates, we help clients find their ideal homes and investment opportunities across residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Agent who can effectively communicate with clients in Hindi (and English) and has a passion for sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a network of potential property buyers and sellers.
• Contact clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Present and promote property listings with accurate details and pricing.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for interested clients.
• Negotiate offers and close property sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive developments.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company sales processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Confident, result-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
• Good understanding of the property market and sales process.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
• Valid driving license (if applicable for field work).
