Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Kalyan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while ensuring exceptional service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct site visits and property showings.
  • Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market in Kalyan and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
  • Negotiate offers and close real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation and legal formalities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory for fresher with strong sales acumen).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Preferred: Graduate in any field
