Real Estate Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Seek out and engage prospective clients interested in buying residential or commercial properties.
• Actively pursue new opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Nurture meaningful client connections to promote ongoing business and gain new referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Keep detailed and organized records of customer data and sales activities using CRM software.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of practical experience in real estate sales and client handling.
• Excellent verbal, negotiation, and presentation abilities In depth knowledge of Karachi’s real estate landscape; understanding of property documentation is a plus.
• Highly motivated, target focused, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
• Well groomed, self assured, and skilled in building strong interpersonal relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
