Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join a real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, showcasing properties, and closing sales while providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the property market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and offer suitable options.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and property listings in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, including follow-ups and assistance with property documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or a related sales field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
