Real Estate Sales-Executive

Job Description:

  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and project knowledge.
  • Work on company-generated leads and achieve daily KPIs.
  • Schedule ten client appointments daily, ensuring at least one successful meeting takes place.
  • Identify clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable projects.
  • Assist clients during project site visits and provide complete guidance.
  • Lead negotiations and support clients throughout the decision-making process.
  • Regularly visit various project sites for updated information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Two to Three years of proven sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
