Real estate sales executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage and promote property listings across various real estate portals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales agreements and ensure proper documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.
• Valid Qatar driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
