Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a Real Estate sales role in the UAE – MUST

Experience:
Off-Plan Specialist agent must have strong sales, negotiation and English communication skills.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Computer

Job Responsibilities:
Use a variety of marketing strategies to promote the assets.

Make and keep up lists of available properties
Determine the appropriate recommendations by evaluating the clients' desires and financial capabilities.

Provide details about the available properties, costs, and legal requirements.

Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers while maintaining appropriate conduct and the sharing of truthful information for a win-win solution.

Assist the sellers with the most effective marketing strategies to draw in positive offers for their properties.

Determine the properties' worth by thoroughly researching the market or prior purchases.

Present the properties to prospective purchasers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
