real estate sales manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the strategic growth of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends .
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure – for both off-plan and ready properties
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
  • Set individual and team sales targets and track performance using KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, brokers, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and other internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and other promotional events
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • RERA certification is preferred .
  • Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a real estate developer or in project sales
  • Network of established clients and brokers in the UAE
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
