Role Overview
The Real Estate Sales Negotiator is responsible for managing property inquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth transactions between buyers, sellers, and developers. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement — Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, understand client requirements, and provide suitable property options.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring — Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair, transparent, and successful outcomes for all parties.
- Property Viewings — Arrange and conduct viewings, presenting properties professionally and highlighting key features and benefits.
- Market Knowledge — Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends, pricing, communities, and developer offerings to provide accurate guidance.
- Offer Management — Prepare, present, and negotiate offers, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and documented.
- Transaction Coordination — Support clients through reservation, MOU signing, NOC processes, and final transfer, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Lead Follow‑Up — Maintain consistent communication with prospects, manage pipelines, and convert leads into closed deals.
- Collaboration — Work closely with sales teams, marketing, and admin departments to ensure smooth operations and strong client experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or negotiation, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and negotiations simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, property types, and developer portfolios.
- Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
