Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to take our high-performing team to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants and sales professionals
  • Set and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and coaching
  • Monitor team performance, provide real-time feedback, and drive accountability
  • Develop winning sales strategies tailored to Abu Dhabi’s luxury and residential markets
  • Collaborate with marketing and listings teams to generate high-quality leads
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences from first contact to closing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record as a sales leader in real estate (UAE experience preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and buyer/seller dynamics
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and passionate about team success
