Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
· Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
· Oversee lead generation strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to facilitate luxury property sales.
· Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring a seamless client experience.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and promotional strategies.
· Provide training and mentorship to sales executives for skill enhancement and growth.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in luxury real estate sales and management.
· Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
· Exceptional ability to generate and convert high-quality leads.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle expectations and market dynamics.
· Ability to handle high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.
