Job Description

As a Real Estate Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and guiding a team of Property Consultants to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Property Consultants
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Support team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts
• Ensure proper lead distribution and follow-up
• Monitor CRM usage and sales pipeline management
• Recruit and onboard new consultants in coordination with HR
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and key clients

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE real estate sales experience
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
