Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks
  • Support sales agents and property managers with document preparation and client coordination
  • Maintain and order office supplies when needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all company information
