Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and presentable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and appointments
  • Maintain visitor logs and handle correspondence
  • Oversee reception area upkeep
  • Provide administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable with a professional demeanor
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and email handling
