  • Handle the front office - appropriately directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates, and customers.
  • Screen Incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and take accurate and complete messages.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Manage the daily routine/mission of the drivers.
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Office Boys.
  • Order and manage the Office Stationery supplies.
  • Booking of meeting rooms.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in administrative tasks, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, payment request preparation, etc.
  • Monitor and arrange the monthly dues related to the office (Electricity, Internet, etc.)
  • Handle Travel, Air ticket, & Hotel arrangements when required.
  • Update / Monitor the office’s attendance record.
  • Assist HR, Facility & Finance Department in terms of administrative tasks.
