Receptionist & Floor Manager

Role Summary


We are seeking a highly polished, confident, and experienced Receptionist & Sales Floor Manager to be the face and operational backbone of our Dubai Sales Office.

This role goes far beyond traditional reception duties—

it requires a strong personality, excellent presentation, and the ability to manage client and broker journeys from first contact to handover with precision and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will combine hospitality excellence, administrative strength, sales coordination,

and floor control , ensuring seamless daily operations and a premium client experience aligned with a luxury real estate brand.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Experience

  • Act as the first point of contact for all walk-in clients, VIP guests, brokers, and partners
  • Deliver a 5-star hospitality experience , representing the brand with elegance and confidence
  • Manage client reception from A to Z : greeting, registration, waiting experience, coordination with sales team, and follow-up support
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently


Sales Floor & Lead Management

  • Manage walk-in client rotation and lead distribution in coordination with the Sales Manager
  • Oversee broker reception, routing, and coordination with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, leads, broker visits, and daily activity
  • Ensure smooth flow and discipline on the sales floor at all times


Administration & Office Operations

  • Provide full administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, presentations, and internal briefings
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports , including:
  • Client and broker traffic
  • Staff attendance and punctuality
  • Sales floor activity summaries
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and showroom readiness


Presentation & Coordination

  • Support and, when required, deliver basic project presentations to clients and brokers
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, presentation decks, and reports
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including VIP visits and broker events


Staff & Floor Oversight

  • Monitor staff attendance , reporting directly to the General Manager – Sales & Marketing
  • Ensure professional appearance, conduct, and readiness of the sales floor team
  • Act as a floor manager when needed, maintaining structure, discipline, and service quality


Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within luxury real estate, hospitality, high-end retail, or corporate sales environments
  • Strong background in client handling, administration, and front-office management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to manage pressure and high-volume client traffic


Communication & Presentation

  • Fluent English (mandatory) – additional languages are a strong advantage (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and senior brokers
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking in professional group settings
