Job Overview

As the first point of contact for all visitors to our flagship tower, the Receptionist will embody organization's values of elegance, sophistication, and hospitality. This role combines front office responsibilities with administrative and secretarial support, ensuring that clients and visitors experience seamless service while supporting the wider showroom team with efficiency and discretion.


Duties and Responsibilities


Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain and organized, elegant, and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide client refreshments and ensure visitor comfort.

Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Support the showroom team with administrative tasks, filing, and scheduling.
  • Handle secretarial duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

CRM & Data Management

  • Manage and update client contact information on CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of data for follow-up and client engagement.
  • Support reporting requirements by maintaining accurate client databases.
