We’re currently seeking a sharp, motivated, and versatile Office Manager to help keep our business running smoothly—and growing.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Office Manager who can juggle everything from answering phones and scheduling jobs, to managing social media and assisting with sales follow-ups. You’ll be the face and voice of A-Team Carpet Clean—ensuring smooth office operations, supporting field crews, and contributing to our brand visibility both online and off.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management & Admin:

  • Answer phones, schedule jobs, and dispatch crews using CRM software
  • Maintain digital and physical files for clients, invoices, and insurance jobs
  • Track inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor communication
  • Prepare daily and weekly data reports

Sales Support & Client Communication:

  • Follow up with leads, schedule estimates, and handle customer inquiries
  • Re book previous customers and support referral/review campaigns
  • Assist in client outreach and support relationship building with commercial accounts

Social Media & Marketing:

  • Create and post content across Social Media platforms (3–4 times/week)
  • Write simple content like job highlights, before/after shots, and promo captions
  • Respond to online messages and monitor social media engagement
  • Collaborate on seasonal offers and basic email/SMS campaigns

Customer Experience:

  • Be the professional, friendly, first point of contact for clients
  • Collect testimonials and ensure follow-ups are handled with care

Office Maintenance (when available):

  • Help keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
  • Light cleaning of common areas and bathrooms as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office administration, scheduling, customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc )
  • Sales-minded with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred but not required)
