Venture Hire is a growing consultancy specializing in Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs. We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
- Handle incoming emails and general office correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Assist management with day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments when required.
- Manage courier deliveries, office supplies, and basic office administration.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
