Location: Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, SC

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $12-$15/H based on experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for a staffing company in Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, SC. This position is an important front-office role and serves as one of the first points of contact for applicants, employees, clients, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. This role will assist with front desk duties, applicant onboarding, background checks, drug testing coordination, administrative paperwork, and other office support tasks as needed.
Must be Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
Key Responsibilities

Greet applicants, employees, clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Assist applicants with applications, onboarding paperwork, and required employment forms

Schedule interviews, appointments, background check steps, and drug testing

Verify applicant information and ensure all required documents are filed accurately

Maintain organized applicant and employee files, both physical and digital

Enter and update candidate, employee, and client information in company systems

Support recruiters, office staff, and management with administrative tasks

Help maintain an organized front desk, reception area, and office supply inventory

Assist wherever needed to help keep daily office operations running smoothly
Qualifications

Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional phone etiquette

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Comfortable using computers, email, office software, printers, scanners, and online systems

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment

Dependable, punctual, and willing to help in different areas as needed
