Job Overview
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, employees, applicants, and vendors at our main office. This role answers and directs incoming calls, greets visitors, and provides administrative support to the office team. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and professional, with a genuine heart for hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Respond to general inquiries about shows, attractions, hours, and ticketing, or route callers to the appropriate department
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and overseeing mail distribution, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and reception area
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document management
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, copying, and document preparation
- Assist Auditor, Human Resources, General Manager and management with clerical tasks as assigned
- Support office management activities such as calendar management, supply inventory, and organizing meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, guest, and company information at all times
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
- Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support
- Accurate typing skills combined with data entry expertise for efficient record keeping
- Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous for supporting executive needs
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure clear communication and error-free documents

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
