Duties
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, social media management tools, and campus recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating employment contracts.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday to track candidate progress and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with company goals.
- Conduct research on market trends in talent acquisition to identify new channels for lead generation and candidate outreach.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions and support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing contracts, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives.
Skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Lever, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro for efficient recruitment management.
- Fluent in either Vietnamese or Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of talent management strategies including succession planning and training & development programs.
- Excellent interviewing skills combined with effective negotiation techniques to secure top candidates.
- Experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or Paychex for payroll integration and employee data management.
- Effective communication skills for engaging candidates via cold calling, social media outreach, and internal collaboration.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law principles to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
