Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be responsible for utilizing various tools and strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and streamline the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Engage in cold calling to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.
• Participate in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate contract discussions with selected candidates.
• Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
• Provide training development for hiring teams on effective interviewing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records in systems such as PeopleSoft and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
