Key Responsibilities;

Strategic Sourcing

• Conduct targeted research and LinkedIn sourcing to identify top-tier legal professionals across EMEA.

• Apply advanced search techniques and analytical thinking to uncover exceptional candidates.

Candidate Engagement

• Craft tailored outreach and communication strategies to engage senior lawyers and partners.

• Represent Zagros Search with professionalism and confidence in all interactions.

Coordination & Facilitation

• Arrange and prepare introduction calls between candidates and senior consultants.

• Support the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.

Relationship Building

• Develop and nurture a strong professional network within the international legal community.

• Build lasting connections that enhance the firm’s brand reputation and market reach.

Data & Insight Management

• Maintain accurate candidate records, feedback notes, and performance metrics.

• Produce activity reports and contribute to market intelligence efforts.

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with senior headhunters to refine strategies and share insights.

• Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous learning within the legal search space.

About You

• Confident, articulate, and highly motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

• Naturally inquisitive with a genuine interest in people, business, and the global legal market.

• Professional in presentation and communication, with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness. Resilient, accountable, and committed to building a long-term career in executive search.

Requirements

• Exceptional command of spoken and written English.

• Prior work experience in the UK or UAE (preferably in a professional services or recruitment environment)

• Experience within an international firm or a cross-border, multicultural business environment.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with professional presence.

• Ability and willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings or business engagements.
