Recruitment Consultant (Digital, Tech & AI)

We are a leading recruitment agency established in Dubai since 2010, specializing in Digital, Tech, Consulting, Luxury Retail, and FMCG recruitment across the MENA region. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

You'll play a key role in supporting and expanding our recruitment efforts, managing the full 360 recruitment cycle while helping top-tier talent find the right opportunities.

This position requires someone who has a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity who can easily build rapport with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles across diverse industries including Digital, Tech, Consulting, Luxury Retail, and FMCG.
• Source, headhunt, and engage passive candidates locally, regionally, and globally - from entry-level professionals to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and candidates, building long-term, trust-based relationships through business development and effective communication.
• Match top talent to client opportunities by understanding both candidate motivations and business needs.
• Achieve and exceed individual targets and KPIs in a performance-driven and supportive environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and client hiring activities across MENA.

Requirements

• Prior work or internship experience in a sales, recruitment, or service-oriented environment.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in driving results.
• Collaborative and professional team player with a positive, solutions-first attitude.
